为降低双钢拱塔斜拉桥施工过程中相关参数变化对成桥状态的影响,对桥梁施工过程进行参数误差分析,保证成桥状态时钢主梁变形、钢主梁应力、塔顶变形、塔根部应力及拉索索力达到设计状态。以双钢拱塔斜拉桥——西安市富裕路沣河大桥为项目依托,采用空间有限元分析软件MIDAS/Civil建立三维空间有限元模型对相关设计参数的敏感性进行研究,分析了结构重度、拉索弹性模量、拉索初张力、整体温度等参数变化的影响规律。计算结果表明,整体温度作用及拉索初张力对双拱塔斜拉桥成桥状态钢主梁竖向位移、钢主梁截面上下缘应力、塔顶变形、塔底截面应力、拉索索力影响较大,为敏感参数;结构容重、拉索弹性模量的影响较小,为非敏感参数。
In order to reduce the influence of the related parameters during construction of the special shaped cable stayed bridge with double steel arch tower,analysis to the error of parameters is made during construction process to ensure the deformation of the steel girder and the tower top,the stress of the steel girder and the bottom of the tower as well as the cable force meet the requirement at the completion of the bridge.Taking the Fenghe Bridge on Fuyu Road in Xi′an city,a special shaped cable stayed bridge with steel arch tower,as an example,3D finite element model is established by MIDAS/Civil analysis software to study the sensitiveness of relevant design parameters.The variation regulations of parameters are analyzed such as structural bulk density,elastic modulus of cable,cable forces and temperature action.The results of the calculation show that structural bulk density and temperature action are the sensitive parameters to the deformation of the steel girder and the tower top,the stress of the steel girder and the bottom of the tower,and the cable force,however the elastic modulus of cable and cable forces are non sensitive parameters having minor effect.
