目的：探讨当归多糖、何首乌多糖、熟地多糖、枸杞多糖、黄芪多糖及其含药血清对骨髓间充质干细胞（MSCs）增殖的影响。方法：分离、培养大鼠MSCs,各中药多糖及其含药血清,分别加入培养基诱导72h后,MTT法检测大鼠MSCs增殖情况。结果：1mg/mL黄芪多糖及其10%含药血清对大鼠MSCs增殖的影响,与相应浓度的空白组及空白血清组比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：黄芪多糖及其含药血清可促进大鼠MSCs增殖。

Objective：To discuss the effect of angelica polysaccharide,fleece-flower root polysaccharide,rehmannia polysaccharide,medlar polysaccharide,astragalus polysaccharide and their medicated serum on bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells （ MSCs） proliferation. Methods：MSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under different polysaccharide and their medicated serum for 72h. After the induction,the proliferation effect on MSCs was detected with MTT. Results：Compared with the control group and blank serum group,the proliferation effect of 1mg/mL astragalus polysaccharide and 10% astragalus polysaccharide medicated serum on rat MSCs,the difference was significant. Conclusion：Astragalus polysaccharide and its medicated serum can promote the proliferation rate of MSCs.
