贵州是世界上最大的喀斯特连续带,又是一个煤炭资源丰富的省份。本研究根据这种自然环境所产生的特殊材料设计了一种既保温隔热,又能体现地域性特征的粉煤灰砌块石板墙,使粉煤灰和喀斯特石材成为了真正的绿色建材。首先按照《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》(JGJ 134-2010),生产一种能保温隔热的粉煤灰夹芯砌块,然后在粉煤灰夹芯砌块上外挂石板,让石板和砌块组成一个具有一定宽度的通风空间,形成粉煤灰砌块与石板的夹缝墙体,利用热压原理排发热量。通过理论分析和对温度、自然通风等模拟结果的分析可知,粉煤灰和喀斯特石材在外墙的地域性特征和保温隔热方面具有良好的效果。
Guizhou is situated in the biggest continuous karst strap,and is also a province with quite rich coal resources.In this paper,based on these special materials produced by natural,a kind of building wall of powdered coal ash block and stone slab was designed,which not only had good heat preservation and heat insulation performance,but also embodied the regional features,thus making the powdered coal ash and karst rock become the real green materials.Firstly,with respect to Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone(JGJ 134-2010),the powdered coal ash block with good heat preservation and heat insulation performance was produced.And then,hanging stone slabs on block exterior surface to make the slab and block form a ventilation space with certain width,therefore a sandwich wall of powdered coal ash and stone slab was constructed.According to the heat pressure principle,heat could be discharged.Through theoretical and simulation analysis,it was indicated that karst rock and powdered coal ash could play a necessary role for building walls with good heat preservation and heat insulation performance and regional features.
