针对三相步进电机作为运动执行机构的特点,设计了步进电机脉冲输出控制器,应用普通的89C51单片机作为微处理器,在设计软件的支持下,可预制输入三相步进电机步进数,由单片机外围键盘电路,选择步进电机单步、正转或反转的三种不同供电方式工作,键盘电路的不同按键组合,选择不同的控制脉冲输出,经单片机I/O通道和有关外围电路,按输入的步进数输出三相步进脉冲,经前置放大后,输出驱动三相步进电机控制信号,为驱动三相步进电机功率放大电路提供了足够的输出电压。
A way of designing the stepper motor controfler with pulse output based on the general single chip microcomputer 89C51 was introduced in this article. This motor often uses actuator under the support of the special designed software, and the stepping numbers of the three-phase motor can be pre-selectod. In order to supply the power to drive the stepper motor to work in three ways, single step, positive rotation or negative rotation, a keyboard has been designed to select the working style and different keystroke combinations will output different controlling pulses. The pulses from the I/O channels and related peripheral circuits in the single chip microcomputer output the driving signal of the three-phase stepper after preamplifier and it can provide adequate output voltage to drive the power amplifier circuit of the three-phase stepper motor.
