Under asymmetric information the collaboration mechanism of supply chain is discussed that ensures the collaboration of supply chain partners. Firstly, the game model of the two-stage supply chain is established and the calculating equation of the supply chain＇s optimum profit is provided, Secondly, the collaboration mechanism of supply chain is discussed under symmetric information. Lastly, the collaboration mechanism under asymmetric information is deduced and the revenue structure of supply chain partner is analyzed according to decision parameter of Supply chain.
