构建了包埋于壳聚糖(CS)膜中的血红蛋白(Hb)和血红素(Heroin)的亚硝酸盐传感器并研究了它们存电极表面的电化学活性。在pH4.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,利用示差脉冲伏安法分别研究CS/Hb.GCE、CS/Hemin—GCE对亚硝酸盐的电化学响应,基于此建立了对亚硝酸盐的电化学测定方法;结果表明,两种电极对亚硝酸盐响应的线性范围分别为0.069~25.86和0.50~16.67mmol/L,检测限分别为0.012和0.25mmol/L.而且对前者具有更低的检测限和更宽的线性范围的可能原因进行了探讨。
The titled sensors which Hemoglobin (Hb) and Hemin embedded into chitosan (CS) membrane had been constructed. Their electrochemical activities, as well as the response of the modified electrodes to NO2 under neutral and acid conditions were comprised. The results of cyclic vohammograms showed that the NO2 response linear ranges of CS/Hb-GCE electrode and CS/Hemin-GCE electrode were 0. 069 -25.86 and 0. 50-16. 67retool/L, and the lower limit of deteetion was 0. 012 and 0. 25mmol/L, respectively. The reasons for their differenee were discussed, too.
