简要介绍了超细铁粉的制备新方法,并重点综述了低温还原新工艺的热力学和动力学研究,以及该技术的研究现状和制得的超细铁粉的应用。低温还原法作为一种新工艺,具有低能耗、高效率、环境友好的特点。通过机械力作用将氧化铁粉细化、活化,从而为低温还原提供足够的驱动力,使之可在低于570℃温度下进行还原,并大大提高还原反应的速度,获得超细的铁粉。
The new preparation methods of super fine iron powder were introduced, meanwhile the study of thermodynamics and kinetics on reduction iron oxide at low temperature, research progress of this technology and the application of iron powder were also introduced. As a new process, the advantages of low temperature reduction included low energy consumption, environmental friendly, high productivity. In the new process, iron oxide powder would be refined and activated by the mechanical force to provide sufficient driving force, so the reduction could be performed at below 570℃, the reduction rate increased greatly, and the super fine powder could be obtained.
