[摘要]针对大型燃气热电联产供热系统中汽轮机抽汽与热网水换热过程中温差不可逆损失大、烟气排烟温度高、乏汽余热没有充分利用的问题,提出了源网一体化的烟气-乏汽余热协同回收新流程,通过降低热网回水温度的源网一体化技术,解决了回收烟气余热驱动蒸汽压力和流量不足的难题,通过在热源处烟气、乏汽余热协同回收,进一步提高系统供热效率,解决了困扰燃气热电联产系统供热能力不足(热电比小)、燃气消耗量大的问题。在输入燃气量不变、输出电力基本不变的前提下,回收烟气和乏汽余热后电厂输出热量能够提高50%以上。以9F燃气蒸汽联合循环机组为例,对系统的设计工况和变工况分析。
In view of large gas cogeneration heating system having the problem of large irreversible temperature loss between steam extraction and heating water, high flue gas temperature and insufficiency using of steam exhaust, this paper propose a new cooperative recovery process of flue gas and exhaust waste heat. Through reducing the temperature return heating water, we can solve the problem of lack for drive steam. Through recovering the flue gas and steam exhaust waste heat, we can raise the heating efficiency further, and solve the problem of regular gas cogeneration low heating capacity. Take a 9F gas steam combined cycle unit for example, this paper analyze the system design condition and variable condition, and evaluate the energy conservation and economic efficiency, this technology can achieve good energy saving, environmental protection and economic benefits.
