信息机房是集中存储和管理各类数据处理设备的建筑空间,其热环境的好坏对于各类数据处理设备的连续稳定运行具有重要意义。本文在回顾近年来对机房热环境分析、评价方面的研究基础上,提出了热量加权等效温差法,从考察传热能力损失的角度重新分析机房内的传热和流动过程。以地板送风为例,建立一个实际机房模型,通过数值模拟,将目前常用的机房热环境评价方法与加权等效温差分析结果进行对比,验证该方法的可行性。计算表明,加权等效温差分析方法不仅能有效刻画机房气流组织和热源的分布特性,还能分析由此带来的冷热气流掺混、冷量输配不均等导致机房冷却效率低下的各类因素,并提出相应的改进措施,对信息机房的节能运行有重要的指导意义。
Data center is a space specifically built for storage and management of different data processing equipments.The condition of data center thermal environment has a significant impact on the continuous and safe operation of data processing equipment.Based on the review of current research on data center thermal environment analysis and evaluation,this paper proposed heat weighted temperature difference method to describe the air flow and heat transfer process in data center space in terms of heat transfer ability loss.A practical data center with raised floor air deliver pattern is modeled to testify the feasibility of this new method through the comparison with current commonly used evaluating approaches.The calculation shows that heat weighted temperature difference method can not only characterize the distributed characteristics of heat sources and air flow in data center space,it also helps to analyze various factors which decrease the data center cooling efficiency,such as undesired mixing of hot and cold air streams,non-uniformly distributed cold delivery,with targeted suggestions for improvement,playing an important guiding role in efficient data center construction and retrofit.
