以Zn粉为原料,采用高温热蒸发快速氧化法制备四枝杈纳米氧化锌(T-ZnO)。考察了反应温度、氧气流速及氮气流速对T-ZnO的产率及形貌的影响,利用SEM、EDS、XRD、HRTEM及SAED分析试样的微观形貌及成分。研究结果表明,在900℃、氧气流速为80 sccm、氮气流速为300 sccm的条件下,可制备出均一的、产率高达80%具有六方纤锌矿结构的高品质T-ZnO。
Tetrapod nanocrystals ZnO(T-ZnO) were synthesized via quick oxidizing zinc vapor at high temperature.The effects of react temperature,oxygen flow rate and nitrogen flow rate on the yield and morphology of T-ZnO synthesis were investigated.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dispersive spectrum(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area diffraction pattern have been used to characterize the morphology and composition of T-ZnO,the results indicated that the high-quality hexagonal wurtzite T-ZnO with yield up to 80% is synthesized at 900℃ with oxygen flow rate at 80 sccm and nitrogen flow rate at 300 sccm.
