针对氯醇法生产环氧丙烷而产生的高温、高盐、高COD、高固体悬浮物的皂化废水,开发去除SS、调pH、板式换热器等预处理工艺,水质达到进膜要求。再经反渗透预浓缩,操作压力为5.5MPa,产水回收率为40%,产水直接回用。浓水用纳滤处理,操作压力为2.0MPa,产水回收率为80%,去除大部分COD与硫酸根。再经电渗析浓缩至CaCl2质量分数为25%后再用蒸发法回收CaCl2,电渗透淡水再用反渗透处理后回用,浓水再回到电渗析。经过这一系列的处理后,回用水的水质COD去除率95%以上,CaCl2去除率99%达到回用要求。水的回收比率为85%,CaCl2回收率为80%。可以达到CaCl2回收、淡水可以回用、减少排放的目的。经研究表明,整个工艺经济可行,从而达到减排增效的目标。
The wastewater from propylene oxide production was difficult to be treated for its disadvantage of high temperature, high salt, high SS and high COD. The combined technology was developed to solve the problem, which including SS removal, pH regulation, and heat exchange pretreatment, NF, RO, ED and evaporation. The pretreated wastewater was used as influent of RO at 5.5 MPa, most of COD and sulphate in retentate were removed by NF, then the treated water by NF was concentrated to 25% by ED. CaCl2 was reclaimed after distillation. Totally, 85% of wastewater and 80% of CaCl2 can be reclaimed.The calcium chloride and treated water can be reclaimed, and the running cost is low.
