随着虚拟采办日益得到重视,评估技术已成为虚拟采办亟需解决的关键问题。针对当前正在开发的虚拟采办的评估需求,对其评估技术进行了深入的研究。通过深入分析虚拟采办的特点,提出了虚拟采办的评估过程模型,对虚拟采办的评估方法进行了分析与总结,并提出了虚拟采办的评估指标体系。此外,还对虚拟采办的数据评估和互操作性评估两个关键问题进行研究。

With simulation based acquisition gaining more emphasis, evaluation techniques have become its key problem. To meet the need of evaluating currently being developed simulation based acquisition, the evaluation techniques were deeply studied. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of simulation based acquisition, the evaluation process model was proposed, the evaluation methods were analyzed and summarized, and the evaluation index system was given. Besides, the data evaluation and interoperability evaluation were studied.
