军事仿真系统的置信度评估，在不同的应用范围中侧重点不同。对于大规模军事仿真，仿真的功能和行为的完整性显得更加重要。提出基于作战行动（行为）及其影响的定性推理方法，来验证概念模型功能和行为的完整性，能够全面模拟实际行为，仿真即可达到良好的置信度条件。最后对由于联邦成员的变化对完整性的影响及其修改进行讨论。
英文摘要：
To evaluating military simulation system＇s credibility, it has dissimilar emphases in different apply domains. Function and action＇s integrality is important especially. A representation method aiming at large-scale military simulation system was proposed, which used action-based qualitative consequence to verify model＇s integralily from function and action. A model which can roundly simulate actual behavior is a creditable model. At last, the influence and transformation were discussed since federates change was in progress.
