建立了两弹性体的弹性接触模型,推导出了滚针轴承的弹性趋近量计算公式,并分析了滚针轴承在滚针偏斜角不断增大的过程中,其接触应力和表面层Mises应力场的分布情况,并推出了滚针轴承疲劳寿命降低20%时滚子的临界偏斜角公式。结果表明,当滚针偏斜角为0.04°时,滚针轴承端部开始出现局部严重磨损;当滚针偏斜角为0.07°时,滚针会发生断裂;并且随着偏斜角的增大,滚针轴承寿命会显著下降。
The elastic contact model of two elastomers is established,the computational formula of elastic approach of needle roller bearings is derived,and the distributions of contact stress and Mises stress field are analyzed when the angle of inclination increased gradually.Moreover,the formula of critical angle of inclination is deduced for needle roller bearings when the fatigue life is reduced by 20%.The results show that,when the angle of inclination is 0.04°,the local heavy wear at one needle end appears;and when the angle of inclination is 0.07°,the needles break down.With the increase of the angle of inclination,the life of needle roller bearings will shorten significantly.
