本文从沉淀成本和不确定性角度探讨市场不完全条件下教师工资的决定问题,摆脱新古典确定性条件下市场供求工资决定理论。由于教师面临人力资本沉淀和未来不确定性,所以,仅仅依靠市场供求难以起到激励作用。特别是需要考虑教师人力资本沉淀投资时的期权价值,从而需要提高教师的工资水平。否则,因不考虑期权价值形成的工资水平偏低,导致教师人力资本投资不足,难以进行知识创新。因此,如何考虑不确定性条件下教师工资水平的决定,是进行教师人力资本投资激励的最基本的价格制度保障。
This paper is to investigate the wage determination for teachers under imperfect market in terms of uncertainty and sunk cost. Based on the irreversible(sunk)cost and future uncertainty.we find the wage determination of supply and demand for teachers under perfect market different from its level under imperfect market charaterized by sunk costs and future uncertainty. Hence we provide some solution to enhance the wage level under imperfect market, including the option value of the future uncertainty resulting form sunk human cost, promoting teachers' incentive compatibility within schools.
