To make the decision and take measures in the emergency rescue process when losing contact with the outside world, the processing method of the situation map based on offline data was presented.Two kinds of block algorithm were designed,so partitioning,displaying and processing of the emergency rescue situation map were achieved.A display processing system of the emergency rescue situation map was designed with the functions including map create/switch/zoom/move,mission planning and updating,the emergency rescue data exchange and display based on extensible markup language,etc.Results of actual applica-tion and test show that,the proposed method has good flexibility and efficiency on offline processing and situation processing, and the system achieves good effect of emergency rescue.
