以四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOW)为基体,采用共沉淀法,制备了T-ZnOw/Fe3O4复合物。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合物形貌和结构进行分析和表征,确定了制备T-ZnOw/Fe3O4复合物的最佳工艺条件。在该条件下制备的复合物由ZnO和Fe3O4晶体组成,且形貌完整,Fe3O4颗粒平均粒径在19.99nm左右。
Abstract Using ZnOw modified by TEOS as the matrix, a kind of T-ZnO whisker/Fe3O4 composite is prepared by means of liquid-phase coprecipitation. The morphology and structure of the T-ZnOw/Fe3O4 composite are characterized and analyzed by SEM and XRD. According to the results, the best parameters for preparing composite are determined. Under the best parameters, the better composite is obtained. The results show that the composite is made of ZnO crystal and Fe3O4 crystal, and the average diameter of the Fe3O4 crystal is about 19.99nm.
