通过自组装和接枝聚合技术,使用γ-氨丙基乙氧基硅烷(APTS)作为偶联剂成功地合成了聚苯胺/四针状氧化锌(PANI/T-ZnOw)核-壳复合材料。合成产品的结构和形貌分别通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行测试表征。研究结果表明,T-ZnOw表面成功地接枝上一层APTS偶联剂,并与PANI形成结构致密的核一壳复合材料。XPD分析和SEM照片进一步证实了这个结果。
By means of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) technique and chemical oxidative polymerization, polyaniline (PANI) was synthesized on the modified surface of tetra-needle-like ZnO whiskers (T-ZnOw), in which γ-aminopropyhriethoxysilane (APTS) was used as coupling agent to form a dense aminopropylsilane monolayer on the surface of T-ZnOw, followed by graft polymerization of aniline. The structure and property of the synthesized products were characterized by means of FTIR, XRD, SEM. The FTIR spectra revealed the T-ZnOw was successfully modified by APTS and finally formed the PANI/T-ZnOw core-shell structure composites. The SEM results showed the T-ZnOw was coated with PANI layer completely and its peculiar structure was almost intact. The thickness of the PANI shell could be controlled by reaction time and the concentrations of aniline, the process and conditions.
