采用固相反应工艺制备了不同浓度掺杂Fe的四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnO),利用XRD研究了掺杂后T-ZnO的物相结构,用荧光光谱研究其发光性能。结果表明,Fe在ZnO中的固溶度约为0.7%(摩尔分数),超过此极限,则Fe以第二相(ZnFe2O)形式出现。掺杂后的T-ZnO出现明显的绿光发光特征,其发光强度随掺杂浓度增加先降低后增加。分析认为,绿光的发光机理是电子由VO到VZn跃迁引起的。
The Fe-doped T-ZnO compound has been prepared with different concentrations by solid state reaction methods. The structural and green luminescent properties have been studied by XRD and PL measurements. The second phase (ZnFe2O4) is formed by the heavy doping of Fe atoms, and the solid solubility limit of Fe in ZnO is about 0.7mol%. The intensity of the green luminescence varies with the doping concentrations. The results obtain in the present paper supported the point of view that the mechanism of green luminescence was attributed to the transition between Vo and Vzo.
