通过对国内外用户体验经典文献的回顾,系统梳理了用户体验的概念、构成、测量、评价以及应用研究现状,重点分析了用户体验的测量和评价方法.研究表明,用户体验是产品设计的重要决策因素,现有研究对用户体验的定义、构成的理解还存在分歧,导致用户体验测量和评价的维度有一定的差异;用户体验客观测量手段和定量评价方法还有待于改进.总结了用户体验研究存在的不足,指出了用户体验进一步研究的方向.
Based on a review of classical documents in the field ot UX m me recent years, this paper systematically analyzes the definition, framework, measurement, and evaluation of user experience,as well as some applications. Then it reviews the measurement and evaluation of UX in detail. The results show that UX is a critical factor in decision-making of product design; the research paradigms have some controversies about definition, constructs of UX, which lead to discrepancy in the evaluation and measurement of UX. The evaluation and measuring methods need to be improved. At last blind spots of UX are summarized and further research directions are pointed out.
