This paper introduces our practical application of the smart and cooperative network paradigm to industrial wireless sensor network （IWSN）. An architecture Smart-IWSN is proposed for researchers and developers. Smart-IWSN platform provides more controllable network resources for complicated industrial applications, which could satisfy network performance requirements for industrial applications and reduce the time and cost for research and application of IWSN. Smart-IWSN has been applied to welder machine monitoring and control application, which can .solve the problem of multitask parallel communication in harsh industrial environment.
