JIA Shijie, received his M.S. degree from Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, Chinain 2009. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in the State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. His research interests include peer-to-peer networks, wireless communications and cognitive networks. XU Chongqiao, received his Ph.D. degree from Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISCAS) in January, 2009. He was an Assistant Research fellow in ISCAS from 2002 to 2007, where he was a Research and Development Project Manager in the area of communication networks. During 2007-2009, he worked as a Researcher in the Software Research Institute at Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland. He joined Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China in December, 2009, and was an Assistant Professor from 2009 to 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Institute of Network Tech- nology at BUPT. His research interests include wireless networking, multimedia communications and next generation Internet technology. He is a Lecturer with the School of Electronic Engineering at Dublin City University, Ireland. Dr. Muntean is Co-Director of the DCU Performance Engineering Laboratory, Director of the Network innovations Centre, part of the Rince Institute Ireland and Consultant Professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China.
