在界定多媒体产业定义的基础上,分析了上海市多媒体产业发展现状,详细研究了上海市区范围内五大多媒体产业园区的空间布局特征,认为空间布局的“政府主导”原则突出。随后,选取市区范围内6类多媒体企业,对其基本情况及其企业区位决策进行实证分析。最后,对多媒体产业布局和企业区位决策之间的关系进行空间相关分析。基于上述分析,认为发展多媒体产业关键在于政府主导作用的角色更新与区域创新网络的建设。
This paper analyses the multimedia industry in the central Shanghai. It seeks to understand the relationship between industry distribution and location decision-making of multimedia industry in Shanghai. Firstly this paper introduces the definition of the multimedia industry, its development at present and the five industrial parks of the multimedia industry in the central Shanghai. The result shows the principle of the "Government leads" is outstanding in the progross of the industry distribution. Later it analyses the characteristics of enterprises' location decision-making on the ground of selecting six kinds of multimedia enterprises. The location decision-making presents a spatial agglomeration characteristic. Lastly this paper analyses the relationship between industry distribution and location decision-making of multimedia industry in detail and it concludes that the keys to develop the multimedia industry are to renew the role of the government and build the regional network of innovation.
