分别对带回热器和不带回热器的CO2跨临界单级压缩循环进行了理论分析和实验性能测试。理论分析表明,与不带回热器循环相比,相同蒸发温度下,带回热器循环平均性能提高约4.55%;相同气体冷却器出口温度下,带回热器循环平均性能提高约5.23%。实验测试表明,带回热器循环制热量和制冷量分别平均提高约3.33%和5.35%,制热和制冷性能系数分别提高约11.36%和14.29%。
Theoretical analysis and experimental research on transcritical CO2 single stage compression cycle with and with-out internal heat exchanger were carried out, respectively. The results of theoretical analysis show that the average performance of the cycle with internal heat exchanger is 4.55% higher than the cycle without internal heat exchanger in the same evaporating temperature, and is 5.23% higher than the cycle without internal heat exchanger in the same outlet temperature of gas cooler. The experiment testing indicates that compared with the cycle without internal heat exchanger, the heating output and refrigerating output raise 3.33% and 5.35%,coefficients of heating and refrigerating performance increase 11.36% and 14.29%, respectively.
