The components and their functions of UV curing coatings were introduced at first. And then the characteristics and their development and research progress of several ultraviolet curing coatings including ultraviolet curing waterborne coatings, ultraviolet curing powder coatings, ultraviolet curing nano-coatings and ultraviolet curing superbranched coatings were also reviewed. At last, the future prospect and development direction of UV curing coatings was pointed out.
