英文摘要：

Hand bums are common seen in burns injury. Although the total area of hand is less than 5% of the whole body, hand bums injury can cause severe dysfunction. Following the hand burns injury, patients may suffer from the severe deformity and dysfunction of hand, with decreased sensation, paresthesia like itch and hyperesthesia and also decreased range of motion. All of those can have bad influences on patients＇ physical and mental health, which may lead to the decreased involvement into daily activities and work and finally reduce the sell-efficacy and quality of life of patients especially in the acute stage. This review provides a clear view and guidance of rehabilitation therapy to manage the hand bums injury to reduce the influences of bums injury and secondary injury and to make a good outcome.
