目前各种微生物快速检测技术依然存在一定的问题,尚未有一种方法能够真正达到检测速度快、检测准确率高并且检测限低的要求.本文以活细胞胞内酶作为检测靶点,以自制的1,2-二氧环乙烷衍生物作为化学发光底物,研究了反应时间、缓冲液p H值等对化学发光强度的影响,研究构建一种微生物活菌化学发光检测的新方法.
At present various microbes rapid detection technology still exists certain problems, there is no way can truly achieve the requirements of rapid detecting speed, high accuracy and low detection limit. Taking the enzymes in living cells as the test targets, with a synthetic chemiluminescent substrate as the detection reagent, a new method of chemiluminescence detection of microbial bacteria is studied. In order to optimize various assay conditions, the effects of reaction time and the pH of the buffer on the reaction time for chemiluminescence intensity are researched.
