The paper researched on the synthesis method of 1,2-dioxetane chemiluminescence reagent, discussed the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of reactants on productivity. Under optimal experiment conditions, the productivity rate of methyl 3-hydroxybenzoate and 2-adamantanone via McMurry cross-coupling reaction exceeded 80% with TiC14-Zn as the reductant.
