目的:观察没食子对早期釉质龋再矿化作用。方法:60个新鲜拔除的牛前牙,将标本唇面切割为10 mm×10 mm×2 mm的牙釉质小块,随机分为3组,进行脱矿处理,形成人工龋标本后置于再矿化液,分别用氟化钠、没食子、去离子水处理,经过12 d pH循环,药物作用过程前后采用荧光法检测进行定量研究,采用扫描电镜进行定性研究。结果:经过再矿化循环后,各组荧光量均有升高,由高到低依次为氟化钠、没食子、去离子水。统计分析没食子组与氟化钠组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),而与去离子水组比较有差异(P〈0.05)。扫描电镜显示氟化物及没食子处理组有颗粒沉积,牙面恢复较为平坦,而去离子水组牙面恢复情况不及前2组。结论:没食子有利于增进早期釉质龋的再矿化作用。
Objective: To study the effects of the natural medicine Nut gall on the remineralization of dental enamel.Methods: Sixty extracted bovine anterior teeth were used in this study.On the labial surface of each tooth,1 artificial subsurface lesion windows(10 mm×10 mm×2 mm) were created by immersion in demineralizing solution.The specimens with early caries were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20/group) and treated with fluoride(NaF),Nut gall and deionized water respectively.Then they were subjected to the pH-cycling regime for 12 days.The average fluorescence loss F(%) were determined with quantitative labeling fluorescence(QLF) and the morphological structure of enamel surface was observed by SEM after treatments.Results: Treatment of the demineralized specimens in the 3 groups increased QLF values respectively(P0.05).Nut gall and NaF showed similar effects(P0.05),and stronger than deionized water(P0.05).Conclusion: Nut gall might be useful to enhance the dental remineralization.
