In the context of economic globalization, industry security has been a common problem every country is confronted with. As for China＇s equipment import and export, dependence on import of important technology ＆ equipment is serious and equipment export has a trend of running to low - end, so the present situation should be given attention. The development direction of China~ equipment manufacturing industry, import substitution and expanding export, has been correct. Localization of the important technology ＆ equipment should speed up, the international competitiveness of export equipment should be promoted, and the policy guiding and support system of China＇s equipment import and export should be set up.
