由于人的思雏的简单线性、形而上学、守旧与技术创新辩证本性相冲突。造成了技术创新的悖论。首先探讨了技术创新悖论的类型，如技术领先与后发优势的悖论、突变式创新与渐进式技术创新悖论、技术创新管理与技术创新发展悖论、技术创新与技术守旧悖论等，并深入探究了技术创新悖论形成的原因，即认知障碍、行动障碍和陈旧的创新模式。最后，结合最近发展的文献，结合开放式创新、生态创新、集群式创新、知识联盟、学习性组织等理论。对如何打破和超越技术创新的悖论进行了思考。
英文摘要：
As a result of simple linear, metaphysical, conservative thought of innovators conflicts with the dialectical essentiality of technical innovation, has created the technical innovation paradox. This article discussed the types of technical innovation paradox, such as the paradox that anterior technical innovator trail the latter, the paradox that sudden innovation exceed the gradually one, the paradox that the innovation seems cannot be managed, the paradox that innovator relapse into conservative and so on, this paper thoroughly probed into the reasons of the paradoxes of the technical innovation, namely cognition barrier,motion barrier and obsolete innovation pattern. Finally, the article combined the reeendy developed literature, unified the theory of open innovation style, ecology innovation, cluster innovation, knowledge alliance, study organization, has pondered on how to break the paradoxes of technology innovation.
