介绍了直接式污水源热泵系统的技术方案,提出了一种污水处理厂污水冷热资源的评估方法——逐时分析法。以青岛某工程为实例,与常用的工程评估法进行比较,并以费用年值作为经济评价指标,对直接式污水源热泵系统、天然气直燃热泵机组、燃煤锅炉加电制冷冷水机组等三种冷热源方案进行了经济性、节能性和环保性的分析比较,结果表明直接式污水源热泵系统优于另外两种方案。最后,指出了该系统在运行中需注意的问题及解决方法。
The technical scheme of direct sewage source heat pump system (DSSHPS) is intro- duced, and an hourly analysis method to evaluate the sewage cold and heat resources of sewage treatment plant (STP) is proposed. Compared with the common project evaluation methods in an actual engineering in Qingdao, and using the dynamic annual cost as the economic evaluation indicator, the characteristics of economic efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection of three systems, including the DSSHPS, gas direct-fired heat pump and coal boiler plus electric water chiller are analyzed and com- pared. The results show that the DSSHPS is the best among them. The problems and solutions associated with the operation of DSSHPS are listed.
