介绍了直接式污水源热泵系统的技术方案,提出了一种污水处理厂污水冷热资源的评估方法——逐时分析法,通过对青岛某工程实例的分析及与常用的工程评估法作比较,并以费用年值作为经济评价指标,对直接式污水源热泵系统、天然气直燃热泵机组、燃煤锅炉加电制冷冷水机组等3种冷热源方案进行了经济性、节能性和环保性的分析比较,结果表明,直接式污水源热泵系统优于另两种方案,最后指出了该系统运行中需注意的关键技术问题及解决方法。
This paper introduced the technological scheme of the DSSHPS;proposed a novel method-hourly analysis method to evaluate the resources of cool sewage and heat sewage of the STP,compared with the common project evaluation method in actual project in Qingdao,and by using the dynamic annual expense as the economic evaluating indicator,analyzed and compared the economics,energy-saving and environmental protection of three systems,which are the DSSHPS,gas direct-fired heat pump and coal boiler plus electric water chiller.The results show that the DSSHPS was the best among them.Finally,this paper listed the existing operating problems and relevant countermeasures.
