为了提高农村生活污水生物除磷效果,采用PDS转鼓式一体化装置+人工湿地工艺处理农村生活污水,在昆山锦溪地区实施了多个示范工程,并对工艺运行出水COD、氨氮、TP浓度及去除率进行了长期监测和分析。结果表明,经组合工艺处理后出水水质全部达到甚至优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918--2002)一级A标准,出水COD为28 mg/L,NH,-N为3.8 mg/L,TP为0.28 mg/L,平均去除率分别高达85%、86%及88%,运行稳定。在一体化污水处理装置后增加人工湿地强化处理设施可明显提高污水除磷效果,特别适合于农村生活污水的处理。
In order to improve the biological phosphorus removal effect from rural domestic sew-age, the combined process of PDS rotary drum-type integrated device and constructed wetland was usedfor rural domestic sewage treatment. The demonstration projects were implemented in Jinxi area of Kun-shan City, and the concentrations and removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TP in the effluentwere monitored and analyzed. The results showed that the effluent quality from the combined process meteven surpassed the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for MunicipalWastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The concentrations of COD, NH3 -N and rip in the ef-fluent were 28 mg/L, 3.8 mg/L and 0.28 mg,/L, and the average removal rates of these pollutants wereas high as 85% , 86% and 88% , respectively. The combined process operated steadily. Adding the con-structed wetland treatment facility after the integrate wastewater treatment device could obviously improvethe phosphorus removal effect, especially suitable for the treatment of rural domestic sewage.
