环状碳酸酯的微波开环共聚

将9-苯基-2,4,8,10-四氧螺(5,5)十一烷-3-酮{2-phenyl-5,5-bis(hydroxyl-methyl)-trimethylene,PTC}与三亚甲基碳酸酯(trimethylene carbonate,TMC)进行微波开环共聚反应,合成碳酸酯共聚物;并探讨单体投料比、催化剂用量、微波聚合功率、微波聚合温度,及微波辐照时间对聚合物分子量的影响.研究表明:在反应温度为180℃,微波辐照功率为50 W,反应时间为20 min的条件下,生成的聚合物分子量最大,且分子量分布范围较窄.

英文摘要:

A series of polycarbonate copolymers were synthesized by microwave-assisted ring-opening polymerization of trimethylene carbonate(TMC)and 2-phenyl-5,5-bis(oxymethyl) trimethylene carbonate(PTC) with Tin(II) 2-ethylhexanoate as a catalyst.These copolymers were characterized with 1H NMR,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,UV,gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry,and automatic contact angle meter.The influences of the feed molar ratio of monomers,catalyst concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature,as well as microwave irradiation power on the copolymerization process were also studied.
