微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是近年来国内外生物医学领域的研究热点之一。作为一种含有21~25个核糖核苷酸的内源性非编码小分子单链RNA,miRNA通过与靶mRNA特异性的碱基互补配对,从而参与基因转录后的表达与调控,在多种疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要功能。近来,越来越多的研究揭示miRNA参与了创伤愈合的全过程,深入阐释miRNA在不同阶段的病理生理干预机制,对于开展特定功能的靶向治疗具有重要意义。本文主要综述了部分miRNA在创伤愈合不同阶段中的调控研究进展。
miRNA has been one of the recent biomedical field research highlights at home and abroad. As a kind of endogenous non-coding small single-stranded RNA, which has 21-25 RNAs, miRNA participates in post- transcriptional gene expression and regulation via the specific complementary base pairing with targeted mRNA and plays a vital role in occurrence and development of various diseases. Recently, more and more researches have revealed that miRNA participates in the whole process of wound healing and have deeply explained that the pathophysiologic intervention mechanism of miRNA in different phases has an important impact in developing targeted treatment with specific function. This article has mainly reviewed research advances of some miRNAs in different phases of wound healing.
