泛发性脓疱型银屑病（generalized pustular psoriasis, GPP）是一种病因不明、涉及多个系统、危及生命的自身炎症性皮肤疾病。截至目前，该病发病机制仍然不清楚。近十年来基因学方面的研究已成为GPP的热点，主要涉及HLA，IL-36RN和CARD14等基因的研究。本文就近年来基因学方面的研究作一综述。

Generalized pustular psoriasis is an autoinflammatory skin disease of unknown causes, involving multiple systems and even threatening life. So far, the pathogenesis of it is still unclear. In recent ten years, the research on genetics has become a hot spot in GPP, especially on the study ofHLA, CARD14 and IL-36RN. This paper reviews the advances in studies on genetics.
