以某再生水供给的模拟管段形成的生物膜为对象,在次氯酸钠投量为15mg/L条件下,研究高浓度消毒剂对生物膜中微生物及其胞外聚合物含量的影响、不同类型微生物对消毒剂的敏感性及其活性恢复情况。结果表明,随着高浓度消毒剂作用时间的延长,生物膜微生物的存活率降低,但仍有部分微生物可以存活并得到恢复;消毒3h及无氯恢复7d后生物膜EPS总含量逐步降低;消毒剂对不同类型微生物的杀灭率也不同,其中亚硝酸盐氧化茵最易被杀灭;消毒3h后,生物膜的硝化活性丧失且未见恢复,而反硝化活性虽大幅降低但可恢复。因此,采用高浓度消毒剂消毒并不能完全控制再生水管道生物膜微生物。
Taking the biofilm formed in a simulated reclaimed water pipe section as the object, the influence of high-concentration disinfectant on microorganisms in the biofilm and their extracelIular polymer substances (EPS) as well as the susceptibility of different types of microorganisms and their activity were investigated under the sodium hypochlorite dosage of 15 mg/L. The results showed that the survival rate of microorganisms in the biofilm was reduced with the increase of effect time of high-concentration disinfectant, but part of the microorganisms could survive and their activity could be recovered. Moreover, the total content of EPS in the biofilm was decreased gradually after disinfection for 3 h and recovery for 7 d. The disinfection rate of'different types of microorganisms was not the same, and the nitrite oxidi- zing bacteria (NOB) were the most vulnerable microbes. After disinfection for 3 h, the nitrifying activity of biofilm was ceased completely but the denitrifying activity of biofilm was only decreased. Meanwhile the nitrifying activity could not be recovered but the denitrifying activity could be recovered without disinfectant. In a word, high-concentration disinfectant cannot completely control microorganisms in the biofilm formed in reclaimed water pipeline.
