对于自燃倾向性严重的矿井和煤层,内因火灾主要集中在工作面的采空区,特别是突出煤层超长俯采伪倾斜综采工作面过断层期间,易造成采空区煤层自燃事故。综合分析了突出煤层超长俯采伪倾斜长壁综采面过断层期间防灭火工作的重点和难度,结合国投新集刘庄煤矿151303工作面过断层期间工程背景,基于采空区自燃标志性气体和三带的划分研究,通过预测预报、通风抽采管理、生产技术管理、采取防漏风措施、优化注氮工艺、改进灌浆方式等综合防灭火技术,在工作面推进缓慢的情况下,有效避免了超长工作面采空区煤层自燃事故的发生。
For mine and coal seams with serious tendency of spontaneous combustion,the internal fires mainly concentrate in the goaf of face,especially,it easily cause coal self-ignition in goaf when fully-mechanized face of downward mining of outburst coal of super long wall across fault. The paper comprehensively analyzes the emphasis and difficulty of fire-fighting work during the fully-mechanized face of the super-long outburst coal of longwall underhand stopping through the fault,combining the engineering background of the 151303 working face across the fault in Liuzhuang Coal Mine,based on the symbol of spontaneous combustion gas and the study of " ThreeZone". Through the forecasting,ventilation and gas drainage management,production technology management,take anti air leakage measures,optimize nitrogen injection process,improve the grouting method and other comprehensive fire-fighting technology,in the case of the face slowly mining,these measures could effectively avoid the accident of spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf.
