基于光学显微镜、XRD、TEM和SEM的测试结果,分析了不同成分高锰钢中的TRIP和TWIP效应及其影响因素,并且研究指出在这两种效应的作用下此类钢种将表现出不同的力学响应,而层错能则是判断这两种效应的重要参数;此外,通过测定层错能可预测高锰钢中的强化机制,并有望借此优选成分以获得新型汽车用高强度钢板。
Strengthening mechanism for different composition high Mn steels was discussed based on the optical micrograph, XRD, TEM and SEM measurements. It was therefore realized that stack fault and its effect were important factors in high Mn steels which governed whether martensite transformation or twin growth could take place. Calculation and measurement of stack fault were introduced, which offered basis for strengthening mechanism in high Mn steels.
