γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)在生物体内广泛存在,一方面,其是细胞外谷胱甘肽代谢的重要酶,对维持细胞内重要抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽的水平具有重要作用,另一方面,其可参与机体氧化应激反应,增加氧自由基的产生,与肥胖、糖尿病及糖尿病前期、血脂异常、高血压、高尿酸血症等代谢综合征重要组成部分的发生、发展密切相关。本文就GGT与代谢综合征的研究进展进行综述,为代谢综合征及其组分的防控提供参考。
Gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) is widely found in organisms.On the one hand,it is an important enzyme for extracellular glutathione(an important antioxidant) metabolism,and plays an important role in maintaining the level of intracellular glutathione.On the other hand,it can participate in the oxidative stress reaction and increase the production of oxygen-free radicals,and it is closely related with the occurrence and development of the important components of metabolic syndrome,such as obesity,diabetes and prediabetes,dyslipidemia,hypertension,and hyperuricemia.The paper summarizes the research progress of GGT and metabolic syndrome,and provides references for the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome and its components.
