创新集群是区域经济增长的重要抓手。中国的产业集群面对着逐底竞争和集群转移的发展困境，在知识经济时代，集群企业去地方化的理想目标地是创新集群。集群企业去地方化进程的主要动因是获取关键技术进行技术升级、协同创新、获取丰富的创业资源等。研究结果显示：低品质集群企业去地方化的主要目的是追寻优质创新资源；高品质集群企业的主要目的是追寻优质创业资源。

英文摘要：

Innovation cluster is a important way of economic growth and increase of innovation efficiency for regions. The main.mechanism of innovation cluster is innovation mechanism and entrepreneurship mechanism. China＇s industrial cluster is facing dilemma of the competition to the lowest price and cluster transfer. In the times of knowledge economy, the ideal destination for delocalization of cluster companies is innovation clusters. The major incentives for delocalization of cluster companies based on innovation cluster are obtaining key technologies for technology upgrade, collaborative innovation, access to a wealth of resources of venture. The result of this study shows： innovation cluster contains a wealth of high-quality innovation resources and entrepreneurship resources. Due to heterogeneity of cluster firm ,the main purpose of low-quality firms＂ delocalization is to pursue high-quality resources of innovation, and high-quality companies is to pursue high-quality resources of entrepreneurship.
