针对当前工作流任务分配缺乏灵活性、任务处理质量较差、系统效率较低下和负载不均衡等问题,通过引入三角模糊数、投影、向量靠近度等概念更加真实地测度决策因子,在充分考虑任务自身要求、候选任务参与者能力以及兴趣度的基础上,提出了一种新的任务分配方案TFBMA。该方案通过计算任务和候选者之间在经验、兴趣、能力、负载等方面的综合匹配度,以匹配度大小作为分配依据进行任务分配。仿真结果显示,该方案消除了任务阻塞,降低了任务平均等待时间和人员负载,提高了任务平均完成质量和任务处理效率。并且,由于各决策因子权重可按需调节,因此该方案能够很好地解决工作流任务分配在灵活性、分配合理性、系统效率和负载均衡方面的问题,是一个科学高效灵活的任务分配方案。
In view of the deficiency of current workflow task assignment such as lacking flexibility,low quality of execution,low system efficiency,load imbalance,etc.,this paper proposed a new task assignment solution,named TFBMA by introducing triangular fuzzy number,projection,vector near degree to measure decision factors more precisely and full considering task’s requirement with candidate’s attribute.The solution took experiences,interests,abilities,load and other factors into account while decision-making by calculating the total matching degree of these decision factors between task and candidate.The simulation results show that this solution elimate the task congestion problems,reduce the task average waiting time and the load,improve the task’s average quality of excution and processing efficiency.Besides,the decision factor weight can be adjusted according to requirements,proved this is a scientific and flexible assignment solution,which can work better in solving problems of lacking flexible,irrationality,inefficiency,imbalance,etc.
