目的通过研究低氧对大鼠睾丸中部分生化指标的影响,探讨低氧对精子发生局部环境的影响。方法将成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:常氧对照组、低氧5 d组、低氧15 d组和低氧30 d组。低氧各组置低氧舱内模拟5000 m高原减压。采用生化法测定各组大鼠睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶C4与乳酸脱氢酶的比值(LDH-C4/LDH)和γ-谷氨酰胺转移酶(GGT)活性,以及果糖、丙二醛含量。结果低氧30 d组大鼠睾丸组织LDH-C4/LDH显著低于常氧对照组(P〈0.05);低氧30 d组GGT活性显著高于常氧对照组(P〈0.05)。低氧各组睾丸组织果糖含量与常氧对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。低氧各组大鼠睾丸组织丙二醛含量均显著低于常氧对照组(P〈0.05)。结论低氧引起精子发生的环境改变,提示低氧影响精子的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of hypoxia on the environment of sperrnatogenesis in rat. Methods Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group raised at sea level;5, 15 and 30 d hypoxic group raised in a hypobaric chamber stimulating 5 000 m altitude for 5, 15 and 30 days respectively. Lactate dehydrogenase CA/lactate dehydrogenase (LDH- CA/LDH), gamma - glutamyl transferase (GGT), fructose and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in testis. Results LDH - CA/LDH in hypoxic 30 d group was significantly lower than that in control group(P 〈 0.05 ). Activity of GGT in hypoxic 30 d group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Fructose level in testis was not significantly changed compared with control group. MDA decreased significantly when exposed to hypoxia (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hypoxia changes the environment of spermatogenesis in rat.
