该文对基于非线性非对称光纤耦合器的全光逻辑门进行了研究。利用耦合器中光脉冲传输的耦合模方程,在两输入端口不同的功率组合情形下,对两输出端口输出功率进行数值计算,得到消光比,再根据消光比判定实现逻辑门功能。研究表明:信号从不同输入端口输入,非对称耦合器有不同的开关阈值。在两输入端口选择不同的输入功率组合,可实现不同的逻辑门运算。
The paper has done some research about all-optical logic gates based on nonlinear asymmetric fiber coupler. Under different power combiner of the input ports, do numerical calculation of the output ports power with the coupled-mode equations, and get the extinction ratio. According to the extinction ratio, then decide the different logic gates. The studies show that the signal input from different port, and the asymmetric coupler has different switching threshold. We choose different combination of input power in the two input ports, we can achieve different logic gate operator.
