银行体系是一个国家经济结构中最敏感、最复杂的部分，它的运行状况、发展趋势受多种因素影响。外资银行的进入必将从多个方面对东道国银行体系稳定性产生影响。本文采取多国面板数据分析的研究方法，选择研究变量和建立实证模型，从不同角度对研究假设进行实证检验来研究外资银行进入对东道国银行体系稳定性的影响，并对结论进行相应的分析，以期对我国银行业开放提供一定的借鉴作用。

英文摘要：

A country＇s bank system is the most sensitive and complicated part of economic structure, so many factors can affect its run complexion and development trend. Foreign bank entry would affect the host country bank system＇s stability from many aspects by all means. This paper introduce a series of financial indices to meterage bank stability and also take into account a series of factors which will affect this effect, build a panel empirical model to study the impact of foreign bank entry on host country bank system＇s stability from different point of view. Finally, this paper analyses the conclusions from our empirical analysis, and make some advisable suggestions on government about how to cope with foreign bank entry energetically.
