目的构建脑发育过程中,基因表达的调控网络。方法根据GO数据库选择与发育有关的基因,应用种群动力学的观念,将Lotka-Volterra方程用于基因之间的调控关系的描述。结果得到每个基因表达的内禀增长率和所选基因之间的调控矩阵,并用图像可视化。结论Lotka-Volterra方程可作为描述调控网络的一种方法。
Objective To describe gene regulatory networks during brain development. Methods Based on GO database , we selected 30 genes related brain development , and applied the Lotka-Volterra equations to model the regulatory networks from the population dynamics standpoints. Results We obtained regulatory matrix and intrinsic rate of natural increase from a simple soultion to Lotka-Volterra equations. Conclusion This model can be used to describe the gene expression regulatory networks.
