英文摘要：

In order to emphasize the weight of microbial diversity in microbiology course, an attempt of reformation in pedagogic content has put forward recently ： （ 1 ） Binomial Latin nomenclature system in microbial taxonomic unit, cell biology, and other general knowledge were shifted to the introduction; （2） When giving lecture on chapters about prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbes, and viruses, their diversities and taxonomic content were added respectively; （3） Considering the class hour restriction, chart style of summarization to introduce all main groups and main characters of main microbes was adopted, and put the special and/or uncommon microbes that originally teaching in classroom into the explanation of microbial diversities and added with detailed introduction.
