基于医学CT图像序列,利用改进的面绘制方法,分别实现了皮肤和骨骼的三维表面重建。在皮肤重建中,主要采用阈值分割法和迭代法相结合而得到光滑逼真的效果。在骨骼重建过程中,采用二值法构建骨骼三维表面,并对得到的结果进行去噪处理,进而得到清晰的骨骼轮廓。为了验证重建方法的通用性,实现了复杂结构器官——心脏的三维表面重建。实验结果表明,方法易于实现,获得了较理想的三维重建结果。重建的三维模型可进行旋转、放大和缩小等操作,这不仅有利于实现人机交互的功能,同时也有利于对模型进行设置和观察。
This paper is based on the image sequences of CT,and uses the improved surface rendering methods to achieve the three-dimensional surface reconstruction of the skin and bone.Thresholding and iterative are used to obtain the smooth and realistic results of skin.In the process of bone remodeling,binary method is used to build three-dimensional surface of the bone,and obtain the results with denoising,then get a clear outline of the bones.To verify the generality of this method,last part of this paper complete the three-dimensional surface reconstruction of heart.Experimental results show that this method is easy to implement and get results of three-dimensional reconstruction more satisfactory.Rotation,zoom in and out and other operations can be used for the modeling.That is conducive to the function of human-computer interaction and beneficial to the observation of the reconstructed image at the same time.
