目的 利用代谢组学的方法探讨急性白血病患者与正常人的代谢差异.方法 收集2014年1月—2015年5月32例急性白血病患者的血浆样本,以及年龄体重匹配的20名正常人的血浆样品,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用的代谢组学方法研究急性白血病患者的血浆代谢物与正常人的差异.结果 急性白血病患者与正常人比较丙酮酸,丁二醇,甘油,苯乳酸,葡萄糖,半乳糖,十六酸,十八酸和胆固醇的代谢存在明显差异.结论 急性白血病患者与正常人间血浆中代谢物水平有显著变化.
Objective To discover human plasma differential metabolic features between patient with acute leukemia and healthy control. Methods The plasma samples of patients with acute leukemia were collected during the period from January 2014 to May 2015, and the plasma metabolites was studied by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the differential plasma metabolic features between acute leukemia patient and healthy control were selected. Results The levels of pyruvic acid, butanediol, glycerinum, phenyllactic acid, glucose, galactose, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and cholesterol were different drastically. Conclusion The levels of human plasma metabolites have significant difference between acute leukemia patient and healthy control.
